To pay your invoice online and securely, please log into your account by selecting the appropriate location above. Make sure to click on the appropriate office, Lewisville or Denton.

Customer Login Help
The Customer Portal will allow you to access your account to view your service history, check account balance, and make payments.
- If it is your first time to access the Customer Portal, you must click the “Sign Up” button below the “Log In” button.
- Once you are on the Sign Up page, there are two different options for combinations of info to enter to sign up: you can give a phone number and email or a billing account number and email. The information that you give must match what we have on file for you.
- After you click submit, you will be emailed a verification form that will allow you to complete your registration. Be sure to check your spam folder if the email doesn’t appear in your inbox right away.
Your username will be your email address and you can set your password to whatever you would like it to be.

Are the products/chemicals you use safe?All of the products that we use have undergone extensive testing and have been approved for use by the EPA. Instead of using generic products, we believe in purchasing the best available chemicals that have been manufactured by well-known companies such as Bayer, BASF, and Dow. Additionally, all of our service programs are designed to be effective, safe, and environmentally responsible and all of the products we use are chosen to that end. When used properly by a licensed professional, they pose practically no risk to our customers or their children or pets.

Is your treatment safe around pets?Our general treatments are safe around dogs and cats – provided they do not intentionally contact or consume applied materials before they have dried. Certain pets, especially aquatic life and reptiles, are especially vulnerable to some pesticides so it is important to be especially careful while treating when these types of pets are present. We recommend these types of pets, in addition to birds, guinea pigs, and other small animals, be kept away from the treatment area until it is safe for them to return.

What are the steps to take prior to receiving flea treatment?

How long do I have to stay out of my home or property after treatment is performed?In situations where you have to be out of the property during and after treatment (flea treatment, roach clean-out service, or for health reasons, etc.), we recommend that you stay away until all products have completely dried. This is usually approximately two to four hours depending on conditions, after which time it is completely safe to re-enter the property.
